Shaughnessy Shade Garden – Outstanding Achievement 2025
This lush, peaceful garden earned national recognition for its Outstanding Use of Plants, celebrating the artistry and precision in plant selection, placement, and composition. Our design and maintenance approach layered shade-loving species with varying textures, foliage colours, and seasonal blooms to create visual interest in every season.
Through thoughtful combinations and an understanding of the site’s microclimates, we’ve cultivated a garden that is both ecologically balanced and visually harmonious. This award celebrates the use of plants not only as decoration but also as living architecture – shaping the mood, structure and experience of a space.
Shaughnessy Estate (Connaught Manor) – Caterpillar Award for Residential Landscape Construction
The transformation of this grand estate is a testament to the blend luxury, function, and environmental stewardship. From intricate stonework to mature plantings and elegant water features, every detail was designed to complement the estate’s historic character while ensuring resilience for decades to come.
