Designed as a multi-functional rooftop entertaining space, this downtown Vancouver penthouse combines custom fabrication, integrated technology and precision landscape construction into a seamless outdoor environment. Swick’s collaborated with the project team to construct every element of the terrace, from the porcelain pedestal paving system and custom fabrication to the outdoor kitchen, lighting, irrigation and planting. We carefully integrated features to maintain clean lines and maximize functionality throughout the space.

Project Highlights:

Custom fabricated aluminum planters and hidden beverage coolers.
Porcelain pavers installed on a pedestal system, concealing drainage, electrical, irrigation and service lines below.
Integrated lighting controlled through the home’s automation system.
Purpose-built entertaining zones including an outdoor kitchen, spa, multiple lounge areas, fire features and media spaces.
