West Vancouver Transformation

This comprehensive transformation in West Vancouver features stunning ocean views and a sloping lot with extensive natural stone. Carrying out demolition to make way for new planters, fireplace lounge area, water feature, an outdoor kitchen, vegetable gardens, new plantings, and Flex MSE retaining walls.

Newly constructed concrete footings, walls, stairs, walkways, water feature and fireplace, all with architectural finishes and proper drainage. In the spa area, a new overhead cover and IPE deck surrounds the spa . Pavers and gravel areas were laid on a solid base, and new natural lawn areas were installed with proper drainage.

To complete the space, we added an automatic irrigation system and landscape lighting, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The Ron Rule design was meticulously executed, using high-quality materials, resulting in a beautifully transformed and functional outdoor entertaining environment.
