Michael, originally from Nova Scotia, found his inspiration for the landscaping business during his first law care job. Despite transitioning through various sales roles, his passion for outdoor work persisted. He was drawn to the landscaping business due to his love for working outside and the sense of freedom it provided, regardless of the weather. What he finds most fulfilling in landscaping is the process of beautification, transforming messy areas into something beautiful that satisfies customers. Outside of work, Michael spends his weekends attending church and relaxing. He believes what sets Swick’s apart from others in the industry is its smaller size, enabling closer collaboration with Ron and the crews. This dynamic fosters a strong work ethic in Michael, as he values the communication and feedback.
